Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of any wiredeal Store service constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms of Service as well as all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable in the United States. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using wiredeal Store's services entirely. Any individual accessing these services on behalf of a company or other legal entity confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use wiredeal Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless wiredeal Store has granted you explicit written authorization otherwise. You must not:

• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam through our platform
• Attempt to access our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases without authorization
• Misrepresent yourself as any person or entity, including wiredeal Store personnel or other users
• Deploy automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or user information from our platform
• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Resell wiredeal Store products for commercial purposes without obtaining our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

wiredeal Store strives to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify the error and cancel any orders placed based on the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade or natural material goods), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are provided for reference only; wiredeal Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by wiredeal Store. We retain the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages. Full payment must be received before order dispatch or pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute, or issue a refund for the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on wiredeal Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "wiredeal Store" name and branding — is the exclusive property of wiredeal Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wiredeal Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by wiredeal Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify wiredeal Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of wiredeal Store's services shall first be submitted to wiredeal Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

wiredeal Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using wiredeal Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
